Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize IT infrastructure including cloud systems, networks, and security protocols
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise applications and user systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions that drive business growth
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential security vulnerabilities
- Document IT processes, configurations, and incident reports for compliance and knowledge sharing

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or cybersecurity
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and virtualization technologies
- Strong understanding of network protocols, security best practices, and compliance standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Valid work authorization or eligibility for visa sponsorship (H-1B, O-1, etc.)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification preferred
