Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable network infrastructure and cloud solutions
- Manage cybersecurity protocols and threat mitigation strategies
- Lead system optimization projects for enterprise applications
- Provide Tier-3 technical support and complex troubleshooting
- Develop disaster recovery plans and business continuity protocols
- Mentor junior IT staff and implement best practices
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in enterprise IT systems administration
- Expertise in AWS/Azure and virtualization technologies
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification required
- Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell/Bash)
- Experience with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Proven ability to lead complex infrastructure projects
