Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable cloud-based applications using AWS/GCP
- Lead agile development cycles with cross-functional teams
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
- Collaborate with product teams on technical roadmap execution
- Conduct code reviews and maintain high-quality standards
- Optimize system performance and security protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience with Java/Python and cloud platforms
- Strong proficiency in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Valid work authorization for US employment (visa sponsorship available)
- Portfolio demonstrating full-stack development projects
- Experience with remote collaboration tools (Jira, Slack, etc.)
