Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Manage Windows Server environments and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and maintain compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system deployments and upgrades
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Lead troubleshooting sessions for complex IT issues
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in IT support with enterprise environments
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization
- Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco preferred)
