Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud-based microservices using AWS and Azure
- Lead cross-functional agile sprints with teams in 5+ countries
- Mentor junior engineers through our Global Mentorship Program
- Optimize system performance for 99.99% uptime across 15+ time zones
- Drive CI/CD pipeline innovations using Kubernetes and Terraform
- Collaborate with UX designers to create intuitive financial interfaces
- Present quarterly technical showcases to international stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in full-stack development with Python/Java
- Expertise in cloud-native architectures and distributed systems
- Proven experience leading international development teams
- Proficiency in English with clear cross-cultural communication skills
