Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions using modern technologies and frameworks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and technical requirements.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize application performance, ensure code quality, and troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security measures, data protection protocols, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Code Review: Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high engineering standards.
- Agile Methodology: Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and agile ceremonies to deliver value incrementally.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in software development and engineering.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript, along with experience in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Visa Eligibility: Must be able to obtain or hold valid US work authorization; visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
