Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and develop robust, scalable software solutions using modern web technologies and cloud infrastructure.
- System Optimization: Analyze system performance bottlenecks and implement high-performance code to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews and perform technical troubleshooting.
- Security & Compliance: Implement best practices for data security and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software development and IT architecture.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Visa Status: Ability to legally work in the US without sponsorship now OR eligibility for visa sponsorship (H1B, O-1, etc.).
