Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from conception to launch for SaaS platforms serving federal clients
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and market research to define product vision and roadmap
- Collaborate with engineering teams using Agile methodologies to deliver quarterly objectives
- Analyze user data and KPIs to prioritize features and optimize product performance
- Present product strategies to executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Manage $2M+ product budgets and vendor relationships
- Mentor junior product managers and facilitate design thinking workshops
Qualifications
- 7+ years of product management experience with B2B SaaS or government technology
- Proven track record of launching successful products with measurable ROI
- Expertise in user research, wireframing, and data-driven decision making
- Familiarity with federal procurement processes and accessibility standards (Section 508)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Jira, and A/B testing frameworks
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience leading remote teams and flexible work arrangements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
