Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Deploy and maintain Windows 10/11 and Linux environments
- Monitor system performance using tools like SolarWinds and Nagios
- Document SOPs and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity protocols (NIST, ISO 27001)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of IT support experience with enterprise systems
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
