Responsibilities
- Assist the technical team in developing and maintaining web-based applications.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code under the supervision of senior developers.
- Conduct code reviews and debug existing software issues to improve system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, QA) to solve complex technical problems.
- Research new technologies and tools that can be integrated into our current stack.
Qualifications
- Currently hold a valid J1 Visa or meet the eligibility requirements for a J1 Trainee program.
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or recent graduate).
- Strong command of the English language (written and verbal) for effective communication.
- Familiarity with basic programming concepts and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, eager-to-learn attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
