Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and infrastructure-as-code initiatives
- Mentor 3-5 junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct system architecture reviews and performance tuning
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent InnovateTech at tech conferences
- Document technical specifications and maintain engineering best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (8+ years)
- Expert proficiency in Go, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Proven experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD tools
- Strong background in distributed systems and microservices design
- Excellent problem-solving skills with system architecture experience
- Track record of mentoring technical teams and fostering collaboration
- Ability to work independently with flexible scheduling requirements
- Relocation flexibility required for out-of-area candidates
