Role Overview
As a J1 Visa Trainee, you will be integrated into our dynamic teams to support daily operations and strategic projects. This role is designed for recent graduates or young professionals looking to gain international work experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior technical staff with daily operations and project implementation.
- Shadow experienced professionals to understand industry best practices and methodologies.
- Participate in team meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions.
- Conduct research and compile data to support business decisions.
- Document processes and assist in the creation of technical documentation.
- Engage in cultural exchange activities organized by the sponsor.
Qualifications
- Be between the ages of 18 and 30 (or 31 for medical trainees).
- Hold a valid passport from a J1 visa-eligible country.
- Have at least 2 years of documented, full-time work or study experience in your field.
- Proof of English proficiency (TOEFL/IELTS or interview).
