Responsibilities
- Lead Development: Architect and implement high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages.
- Code Quality: Conduct rigorous code reviews, write clean and maintainable code, and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and QA engineers to deliver features on time.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and provide technical mentorship to foster a growth-oriented team culture.
- Optimization: Analyze system performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to ensure high availability and low latency.
- Security: Implement and enforce security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, or C#. Experience with React, Node.js, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and design robust solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
