Responsibilities
- Lead development of scalable cloud-native applications for El Paso market
- Mentor offshore engineering team in El Paso through daily standups and code reviews
- Architect solutions meeting PCI-DSS compliance for US financial clients
- Collaborate with product team to define roadmap for El Paso expansion
- Implement CI/CD pipelines across AWS and Azure environments
- Conduct quarterly on-site rotations in El Paso (2 weeks per quarter)
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in Python/Java with microservices architecture
- AWS/Azure certification (Solutions Architect or equivalent)
- Proven experience managing offshore development teams
- Strong knowledge of US compliance standards (HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
- Excellent communication skills for cross-cultural collaboration
- Previous experience with US market expansion projects
