Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages (Java, Python, or JavaScript).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to engineering standards.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, architecture design, and deployment.
- Identify and resolve technical debt and optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
- Ensure application security and data integrity across all platforms.
- Contribute to technical documentation and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field (Masterās degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least two modern programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL and NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Fort Wayne, IN, or ability to obtain US work authorization (Visa sponsorship provided).
