Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain company-provided IT equipment including laptops, peripherals, and software
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for network infrastructure, cloud systems, and security protocols
- Document IT processes and create SOPs for equipment lifecycle management
- Collaborate with global teams to implement cybersecurity best practices
- Train staff on new hardware/software deployments and digital tools
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve technical issues
- Manage inventory of IT assets and coordinate equipment upgrades
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of IT support experience with hardware/software deployment
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS, networking (TCP/IP, DNS), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Valid passport and eligibility for U.S. work visa sponsorship
- CompTIA Network+ or similar certification preferred
- Experience with IT asset management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
