Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance backend services using Java and Python
- Lead architecture decisions for cloud-native applications on AWS infrastructure
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (5+ years experience accepted)
- Expert proficiency in Java, Python, and RESTful API development
- 3+ years of AWS cloud architecture experience
- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from conception to deployment
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices
