Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of robust software architectures and microservices.
- Full-Stack Development: Develop and maintain high-quality code using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python) across the full stack.
- Code Quality: Conduct thorough code reviews, write clean and efficient code, and establish best practices for the engineering team.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimize database performance, and ensure system reliability.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, conduct technical training sessions, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and deliver features on time.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of professional software development experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java. Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Cloud & DevOps: Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work in an Agile environment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
