Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend developers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and security standards.
- Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure seamless user experiences across all devices and browsers.
- Testing: Develop and execute unit and integration tests to guarantee application reliability and robustness.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a focus on front-end or full-stack development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and HTML5/CSS3. Experience with Node.js and RESTful APIs is required.
- Database: Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile development methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
