Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to internal employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement new features and optimize existing codebases.
- Monitor server performance and perform routine maintenance to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Assist in the migration of legacy systems to modern cloud platforms.
- Document technical processes and create user guides for internal tools.
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in web development or IT support.
- Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue) and database management (SQL).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills to meet part-time deadlines.
- Availability for a flexible work schedule, including some evenings or weekends if necessary.
