Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern technologies.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of complex features, ensuring performance and security standards are met.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define project requirements and roadmaps.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and enforce best practices for software development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime for our clients.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical growth.
- Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including planning, coding, testing, and deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
