Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a related technical role.
- Proficient knowledge of operating systems (Windows 10/11, macOS) and network protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Willingness to relocate to Stockton, CA and possess a valid driver's license.
