Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture: Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure software architectures using modern best practices.
- Code Mastery: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while conducting rigorous code reviews to maintain high standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide junior developers and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Cloud Integration: Leverage AWS or Azure services to deploy and manage microservices and containerized environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Technologies: Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, and experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue.js).
- Cloud Skills: Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
