Responsibilities
- Manage Night Operations: Oversee and maintain critical systems during the night shift to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Troubleshoot & Support: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues for internal clients and external stakeholders.
- System Monitoring: Utilize monitoring tools to detect anomalies and proactively address potential threats.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs and technical documentation of all incidents and resolutions.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day-shift teams to hand over critical tickets and project status.
- Security Compliance: Adhere to strict cybersecurity protocols and data protection standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in IT operations, Help Desk, or System Administration.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Linux, Windows Server, and SQL databases.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse teams.
- Education: Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ is a plus.
