Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Lead architectural discussions and provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Maintain code quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and CI/CD pipeline optimization.
- Identify and resolve technical debt while implementing scalable infrastructure.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a distributed team environment.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and legal verification processes.
