Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend services using Java, Python, or Go.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of microservices and distributed systems.
- Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity across complex SQL and NoSQL environments.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and frontend teams to define technical requirements.
- Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks, ensuring 99.9% system uptime.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a focus on backend development.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or Golang.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
