Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level network infrastructure and systems
- Provide Level 3 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware/software issues
- Manage cloud services (AWS/Azure) and hybrid environments
- Develop and implement cybersecurity protocols to protect company assets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and system upgrades
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate system documentation
- Monitor system performance and optimize resource utilization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in IT systems administration
- Expertise in Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization technologies
- Certification in CompTIA Network+, Security+, or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and networking protocols
- Experience with ITIL framework and service management
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
