Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud-native applications using AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior developers through our structured onboarding program
- Lead Agile sprints and optimize CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with international product teams across 5 timezones
- Contribute to open-source projects and innovation labs
- Conduct code reviews and maintain technical documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in full-stack development (Python/Java + React)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Strong problem-solving skills with distributed systems
- Fluent English communication skills
- Eligibility for US work authorization (visa sponsorship available)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ production applications
