Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications using modern programming languages.
- Architect scalable cloud solutions on AWS/Azure infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and QA engineers.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and maintainability.
- Identify technical risks and propose innovative solutions to complex business problems.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-time role.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Node.js with deep understanding of backend architecture.
- Strong experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS) or equivalent cloud platforms.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to write clean, maintainable code.
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
