Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance microservices for our core platform, targeting 2026 standards of reliability and speed.
- Lead the design and implementation of cloud-native infrastructure using AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
- Drive technical decision-making, ensuring best practices in code quality, security, and performance optimization.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and perform technical debt assessments to ensure long-term maintainability.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to accelerate deployment cycles and ensure stability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on backend development.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases, including SQL and NoSQL technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
