Responsibilities
- Lead development of cloud-native microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical reviews
- Design and implement RESTful APIs with robust security protocols
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex production issues
- Drive DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and containerization
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Java development with Spring framework
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and microservices architecture
- Strong background in relational databases (PostgreSQL) and caching solutions
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from conception to deployment
- CI/CD pipeline experience with Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
