Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Lead the design and implementation of scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers and UX designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Code Excellence: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting thorough code reviews to ensure quality standards.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, technical excellence, and innovation.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve bottlenecks to ensure application speed, efficiency, and responsiveness.
- CI/CD & Testing: Implement automated testing strategies and streamline deployment pipelines.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack environment.
- Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, and SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
- Cloud Knowledge: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
