Responsibilities
- Lead development of microservices architecture using Go and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS services (Lambda, EKS, S3)
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex production issues
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical documentation
- Participate in agile ceremonies and drive technical strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience with backend development in Go/Java/Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and event-driven architecture
- Experience with distributed systems and database optimization
- Proficient in testing frameworks and TDD methodologies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in diverse teams
