Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex network infrastructure including cloud systems and on-premise servers
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives and ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST)
- Manage system monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve technical issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT workflows and business processes
- Provide Tier 3 support and mentor junior IT staff on best practices
- Oversee disaster recovery planning and execute system restoration procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive IT systems administration experience
- Expertise in AWS/Azure, virtualization (VMware), and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, or Bash)
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Security+, AWS Certified Solutions Architect preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills
- Eligibility for US visa sponsorship (H-1B, O-1, or similar)
