- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT infrastructure projects
- Support cloud migrations and SaaS application integrations
- Manage user accounts and access permissions across multiple platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of IT support experience with enterprise systems
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols (VPN, firewalls, encryption)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with diagnostic tools (Wireshark, SolarWinds)
