Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Designers, QA) to define features and technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code with a strong focus on testing and code reviews.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure technical excellence and adherence to best practices.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose innovative solutions to improve system performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as JavaScript (ES6+), Python, or Java.
- Strong experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, REST APIs).
- Demonstrated ability to work in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Must be eligible for visa sponsorship and willing to work in the St. Louis, MO office.
