Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems across diverse environments
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support via remote and on-site channels
- Document all IT procedures, incidents, and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with network and security teams on infrastructure optimization
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation as scheduled
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in technical support/network administration role
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms
- Valid work authorization requiring sponsorship (H1B/OPT etc.)
- Strong diagnostic skills with hardware/software troubleshooting
- CompTIA Network+ or Security+ certification preferred
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to obtain security clearance if required
