- Design and implement scalable microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical reviews

Qualifications
- 5+ years of backend development experience
- Expertise in Java, Spring, and REST APIs
- AWS/Azure certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
