Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software systems for clients.
- Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and remote access.
- Diagnose and resolve basic to intermediate hardware and software issues.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and user feedback in the ticketing system.
- Assist in the deployment of new workstations and network devices.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to implement system upgrades and security patches.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of computer operations, Windows/Linux, and web browsers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
