Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-quality websites using modern web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into pixel-perfect, functional code.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Ensure strict adherence to accessibility standards and SEO best practices across all projects.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers.
- Participate in agile development ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional web development experience.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, or Angular).
- Familiarity with back-end technologies such as Node.js, PHP, or Python is a plus.
- Experience with version control systems like Git and collaborative platforms (GitHub, GitLab).
