Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for technical professionals including housing, schools, and community integration
- Develop personalized relocation plans utilizing our proprietary tech platform
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to anticipate relocation needs for specialized tech roles
- Conduct virtual and in-person Toledo area orientation sessions highlighting tech ecosystem benefits
- Manage relocation budgets and vendor partnerships for housing, moving services, and temporary accommodations
- Analyze relocation program effectiveness and recommend continuous improvement initiatives
- Act as primary point of contact for relocating employees throughout their transition period
Qualifications
- 3+ years in corporate relocation, HR tech, or talent acquisition with relocation experience
- Technical aptitude with proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., Cartus, Worldwide ERC)
- Deep knowledge of Toledo's tech ecosystem, housing markets, and community resources
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse technical professionals
- Proven project management abilities with experience handling complex relocation cases
- Certification in Global Mobility (GRMC/GPC) or Human Resources preferred
- Ability to travel locally (up to 20%) for property tours and community events
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in documentation and compliance
