Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-scale, distributed software applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, perform debugging, and optimize application performance and security.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, architecture design, and implementation.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster team growth.
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to software engineering best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong understanding of software architecture patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
