Responsibilities
- Lead development of scalable cloud-native applications using AWS/Azure
- Mentor junior engineers through agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Collaborate with global product teams to define technical roadmaps
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and maintain system reliability
- Conduct code reviews and ensure security best practices
- Present technical solutions to cross-functional stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years experience in backend development (Java/Python/Node.js)
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong English communication skills (written/spoken)
- Eligibility for US work authorization (visa sponsorship available)
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Track record of delivering production-ready code
