Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native microservices using AWS/Azure
- Lead technical sprint planning and architecture reviews
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Optimize system performance and security protocols
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements and DevOps practices
- Present technical findings to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software development
- Expert proficiency in Python, Java, or C# with cloud frameworks
- AWS/Azure certification or equivalent hands-on experience
- Strong background in RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system deployments
