Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud-based solutions using AWS
- Lead full-cycle development from concept to deployment
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker
- Document technical specifications and maintain project wikis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in software development with Python/Java
- Expertise in microservices architecture and REST APIs
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Eligibility for US work authorization (visa sponsorship available)
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
