Responsibilities
- Lead development of scalable cloud-based applications using AWS and Java
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure federal IT solutions
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
- Ensure compliance with federal security standards (FedRAMP)
- Participate in agile ceremonies and sprint planning
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture
- Strong understanding of AWS services and cloud infrastructure
- Familiarity with federal IT compliance requirements
- Proven experience leading technical projects
