Responsibilities
- Architect scalable microservices using AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins/GitHub Actions
- Lead Agile ceremonies and drive sprint planning
- Optimize system performance and resolve critical bugs
- Collaborate with global product teams on feature roadmap
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Java/Python)
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/K8s)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Proven track record of mentoring technical teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
