Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-based applications using AWS/GCP
- Lead technical architecture decisions and mentor junior engineers
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile development cycles
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality standards
- Optimize system performance and security protocols
- Participate in product roadmap planning and feature prioritization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Python/Java/Node.js)
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and microservices architecture
- Strong knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and caching strategies
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor team members
