Responsibilities
- Architect scalable cloud-native applications using AWS/Azure
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and pair programming
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
- Collaborate with global product teams across time zones
- Optimize system performance and security protocols
- Document technical specifications and API integrations
- Lead agile ceremonies and sprint planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in full-stack development (Python/Java/JavaScript)
- Expertise in microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/K8s)
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience with cross-cultural team environments
- Relevant work visa sponsorship eligibility (H1B/OPT/EAD)
- Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred
