Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable cloud-native applications using microservices
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and pair programming
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Product, UX)
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and maintain infrastructure-as-code
- Contribute to technical documentation and best practices
- Lead agile ceremonies and sprint planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software development
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and containerization
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills in English
